Digital Marketing Executive
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2-5 years of experience to optimize website performance, manage Google Ads campaigns, and drive lead generation through SEO and analytics.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving our digital presence through strategic SEO optimization, paid advertising campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with content and design teams to enhance lead generation and improve overall website performance.
What You'll Do
- Optimize website performance through comprehensive on-page & off-page SEO strategies
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing
- Monitor and analyze traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI using analytics tools
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies
- Manage and enhance company websites focusing on performance, user experience, and SEO readiness
- Conduct regular performance audits and implement data-driven improvements
Required Expertise
- 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in SEO including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions
- Experience in website management and performance optimization
Nice to Have
- Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar content management systems
- Exposure to B2B or services-based marketing environments
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of social media advertising

- Optimize website performance through on-page & off-page SEO
- Manage and enhance company websites (performance, UX, SEO readiness)
- Implement technical SEO improvements
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Monitor and improve website rankings
Paid Advertising & Analytics
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Monitor traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI using analytics tools
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI
- Create and test ad copy and landing pages
Collaboration & Lead Generation
- Coordinate with content and design teams to improve lead generation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies
- Collaborate on content marketing initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
- Report on marketing performance and insights
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Experience
- Proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads & Google Analytics
- Experience in monitoring traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI
