As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of PLM projects, ensuring that solutions meet business needs while being delivered on time and within budget.

Manage and lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and administrators
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders with regular progress updates
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Identify and manage project risks, creating contingency plans as needed
Ensure project scope and objectives align with business goals
Oversee implementation of quality assurance processes for PLM solutions
Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations
Collaborate with external vendors and partners for successful PLM integration
Evaluate and select vendors based on project requirements

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on PLM implementations, specifically Teamcenter
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering PLM projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with PLM best practices and industry standards
PMP or equivalent project management certification (a plus)
