Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in leading PLM implementations, specifically Teamcenter. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving projects to completion, and ensuring delivery excellence.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of PLM projects, ensuring that solutions meet business needs while being delivered on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources
- Lead cross-functional teams of PLM specialists
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure delivery quality
- Collaborate with vendors for seamless integration of PLM solutions
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required Expertise
- PLM project management with a focus on Teamcenter
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with industry-standard PLM practices
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Lead execution of PLM projects, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and administrators
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders with regular progress updates
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, creating contingency plans as needed
- Ensure project scope and objectives align with business goals
- Oversee implementation of quality assurance processes for PLM solutions
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners for successful PLM integration
- Evaluate and select vendors based on project requirements
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on PLM implementations, specifically Teamcenter
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering PLM projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with PLM best practices and industry standards
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (a plus)
