Responsibilities

Development

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend with APIs

Leadership

Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
Help establish best practices and coding standards
Work with product and design teams to refine specifications

Requirements

Technical Skills

5+ years of experience with React and modern JavaScript
Strong TypeScript skills and understanding of type systems
Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
Proficiency with CSS, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Experience leading frontend projects and mentoring junior developers
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
